We seek a Spa Operations Manager with extensive operational and training experience to lead our team of spa professionals. The successful applicant will be willing to work as a member of a strong management team to deliver exceptional guest services within a dynamic environment. CRITICAL CRTIERIA - QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE A minimum of 2 years at a managerial level within the spa, leisure or hospitality industry. Minimum of Certificate IV in Massage or Beauty Therapy.
