Casual Membership Consultant - Melton Waves - VIC

Melton Waves is seeking a casual membership consultant to join their membership sales team. Previous experience in meeting targets and selling a product is preferred but not essential. As long as you have a great attitude, ready to learn and like a challenge you will fit in to the team. You need to like working out in a gym so you can speak to customers from experience about how being fit and healthy can change their lives for the better. You must be highly organized, great at time management and enjoy speaking to people you do not know over the phone and in person. The hours available are casual and will range from week to week from day shifts, evening shifts and weekend shifts. Centre Manager - Canberra Olympic Pool - ACT

Position Overview: As Centre Manager of this Fitness & Aquatic Facility you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the business including Health Club Memberships, Learn to Swim enrolments, aquatic income, facility presentation and maintenance and Merchandise sales. You will be responsible for the management and development of all human and financial resources, and also the provision of the strategic planning and marketing activities necessary to meet the facilities objectives. You will need to be a professional manager with vision, leadership and energy. Candidates will need to demonstrate a successful track record in marketing, sales, business development and management. You will be regarded as innovative, flexible and have a decisive work style. Developing and managing the relationship between the Client, Belgravia Leisure and the facilities key stakeholders is regarded as a priority area, therefore candidates will need to have a strong customer service ethic and the ability to establish high-level credibility with these stakeholders.
