Detailed Description
|
As Centre Manager of Windy Hill Fitness Centre you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the business including Gymnasium Memberships, Learn to Swim enrolments, Squad program and Merchandise sales. You will be responsible for the management and development of all human and financial resources, and also the provision of the strategic planning and marketing activities necessary to meet the facilities objectives.
You will need to be a professional manager with vision, leadership and energy. Candidates will need to demonstrate a successful track record in marketing, sales, business development and management. You will be regarded as innovative, flexible and have a decisive work style.
Developing and managing the relationship between the Client, Belgravia Leisure and the facilities key stakeholders is regarded as a priority area, therefore candidates will need to have a strong customer service ethic and the ability to establish high-level credibility with these stakeholders.
Overall Duties:
The Centre Manager will be expected to fulfill the following specific duties:
- Day to day management of all aspects of the business;
- Develop, manage and monitor financial budget;
- Develop, manage and monitor a marketing plan;
- Maintain, manage and monitor a sales system;
- Develop, manage and monitor a business plan;
- Provide leadership, direction, supervision and support of all personnel;
- Manage all policies and practices for Belgravia Leisure;
