1975
Austgolf Management formed to operate golf courses, function venues and driving ranges across Australia. Dorsett golf course was the first contract and it was the first public course in Melbourne to be operated by a private company.
1985
Geoff Lord acquired Austgolf Management and this became one of the first Belgravia Group of companies.
1993
Formed Sports Australia with a view to expand golf management activities across Australia.
2002
Formed Belgravia Leisure with the acquisition of Leisure Management & Marketing and the partnership with the Genesis health club chain.
2003
Opened offices in Perth, Sydney, Canberra, and Brisbane in line with national expansion.
2005
Appointed licence holder for Melbourne based A-League franchise and formed Melbourne Victory Football Club.
2006
Formed the Belgravia Leisure Group with the acquisition of Corporate Health Management companies.
Belgravia Leisure achieves milestone of 50 centres under management across Australia.
2008
Commenced management of first day spa at Hepburn Bathhouse & Spa. Changed name to Belgravia Health and Leisure Group to represent growth and diversification of previous few years.
2009 Opened office in Adelaide to support the commencement of South Australian contracts
2010 Belgravia Leisure achieves milestone of 70 centres under management across Australia
